Job Description

We are now looking for a Sales Planner for our Sales Organization in Rotebro. As a Sales Planner, your primary responsibilities will be to manage the daily operations of personnel through route planning of sales districts, scheduling and staffing, as well as time reporting and commission registration in our systems. The role also includes responsibility for the ongoing operation of our trucks and their tachograph cards, regional administration, and ordering of advertising and clothing, etc. As part of your work, you will sometimes also drive routes to replace regular salespeople. You will be part of a dedicated sales team and report to our Regional Manager Günther.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who can work independently and is also a team player with the ability to collaborate in a group. As a person, you are flexible and structured and have good communication skills. Since the position requires the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously, it is essential that you enjoy this and also like a work environment characterized by a fast pace.

To succeed in the role, you need to have experience in staffing and administrative work, and preferably also in sales in the grocery industry. You need to have very good data and system skills as much of the administrative work is done in our systems.

You communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing and are proficient in the Office package. A driver's license is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
